Job Description:
Good expertise in traditional Pakistani spices and ingredients. Prepare and cook a diverse range of Pakistani traditional dishes, such as Charsi Karahi, Lamb Curry, Hareesa, Kunna Paya and Haleem, ensuring high-quality standards and authentic flavours. Also, expert in Lahori Breakfast like Halwapuri, Chana Pathoora, Lamb Nihari and variety of parathas.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, following all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Manage inventory of ingredients, spices, and other supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed when necessary.

Proven experience as a Chef or similar role, with a focus on Pakistani Traditional Cuisine and cooking techniques. In-depth knowledge of operation, temperature control, Traditional Grill, and traditional marinades. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities, working collaboratively with the kitchen staff. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry. Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications would be an advantage. Ability to create authentic flavours using a variety of spices and ingredients specific to Pakistani cuisine (Lahori Food)
